What a busy week! The puppies are heading off to their new homes and I've been so pleased with the families I've met! I've included a couple of pictures I snapped... Taboo is the only little guy left to be spoken for! Jenga and Kerplunk will be leaving on Monday so then he will be an only child LOL.
As the title might suggest I'd like you to picture a Christmas Party at our home last night- Good friends, lots of kids, food and fun. My 13 year old nephew Tyler comes over and says "Aunt Tari, your puppies are really cute. We especially like the new little ones." I nearly dropped a very good glass of wine and said "new ones????" It seems all Luna needed to have her babies EARLY was the sound of a Christmas party and A LOT OF EXTRA PEOPLE. As my nephew helped me dry one off he said, "This is some great party..." Pictures of the precious little arrivals soon LOL
Puppies are learning the doggie door! We think it's important that even 7 week old puppies have the chance to potty outside (or close to it- if it's COLD!)- the training of a light weight doggie door has been started. Since it is so cold here they are navigating to dry litter to do their business on, instead of snow drifts!!! They seem pleased as they realize that the "door" moves!
All of our families don't utilize doggie doors but it starts good habits early! Home from my weekend away and I do believe everyone is tired! Megan below is always so good to help when I'm gone. All of the puppies are as cute as ever- I'm completely biased I'm sure. Their little personalities are in full bloom and every one of them is a lover. This week it is back to the grooming table for lesson number two with the blowdryer and clippers. If they only knew what was on my agenda!
